Hey everybody, as we are all blazing through this summer, I hope you’re doing great and staying cool out there!

I always like to start these newsletter blogs with a great big thank you and token of my appreciation for all the continued support and positive energy. We could not do any of this without you and what a great community we’re building here! There’s a lot of momentum going right now and I’m just having a blast riding the wave…

So a few nights ago, I had dinner to catch up with the executive producer of the Chet Atkins tribute record. I got super fired up again about this project the more we talked about it, especially when I saw the physical packaging in person. I realized how incredible this project really is and just wanted to share it with you guys again.

This is not a sales pitch, but I highly recommend checking it out. It is a total collector’s item that they have spared no expense on whatsoever. It’s a beautiful tribute to the legendary icon, Chet Atkins. Again, I can’t tell you how proud I am to be a part of this project. To be on here with some of my biggest heroes and best friends is simply an honor.

It comes with a full behind the scenes documentary DVD, a beautiful insert with the full story and great photos of the guest artists, as well as the highest quality vinyl that has been mastered by the very best for all the audiophiles out there.

These milestone projects are like having another diploma for me in a way. I have the classic Duke Ellington tune “Caravan” as my featured track on here as well as “Freight Train” sharing solos with Eric Clapton, Tommy Emmanuel and a few others.

You guys stay cool out there and thanks again for letting us share this with you!

“Years from now, after I’m gone, someone will listen to what I’ve done and know I was here. They may not know or care who I was, but they’ll hear my guitars speaking for me.”
