Hi friends,

I’m thrilled to announce that next summer I’ll be heading back to Scotland as an instructor and performer at the Guitar Dreams retreat August 12–16, 2026. This will be held at the stunning Cameron House on Loch Lomond just outside of Glasgow. Due to me not being able to stay quiet and out of the way, I’ve now found myself more involved as Artistic Advisor! I’m so happy to help and we’re working hard to make this the most amazing guitar event ever.

This retreat is truly one-of-a-kind. It’s limited to just 50 participants, so you get the rare chance to spend real, quality time with the artists — not just in the masterclasses, but hanging out, sharing meals, and creating those special musical moments that only happen in this kind of intimate setting. I’ve made so many great friends this way!

I’m also excited that I’ll be joined by fellow GT Trio members this year — Jordan Perlson (drums) and Tim Marks (bass) — They will be our world-class rhythm section for all of the performances. They have worked with the best on the planet and you are going to love these guys!

We are also very fortunate that our dear friend Tom Bukovac will be joining us as an instructor and performer. I personally can not wait to watch everyone’s eyes glaze over when they witness the truly unbelievable depth of Tom Bukovac’s musical knowledge and experience as well as his fun and lovable personality. There is only one “Uncle Larry!”

Together with Jordan and Tim, we’ll be your band, backing you in a fully rehearsed, well-organized performance that will be a highlight of your musical life and ours as well. This isn’t just jamming — it’s about helping you sound your best in a setting you’ll remember forever.

Over four days you’ll enjoy masterclasses, intimate concerts, a champagne cruise on Loch Lomond, and the grand finale concert with Eric Johnson & Mike Stern, followed by a VIP celebration.

It’s hard to describe the magic of this event — the location, the people, the music — but it’s something truly unforgettable.

We’d love for you to join us in Scotland for this incredible experience.

There are 20 out of 50 tickets sold so far. It’s selling fast so lock in your spot now!
